Paul Lodato, General Manager

Paul, at age 31, is the youngest of all of the station managers of the Christian Television Network stations.  His goal is to improve both the quality and relevance of programming on WRXY to make our station more attractive and useful to both believers and those who have yet to make a commitment to Jesus Christ.  He can most accurately be described as an enthusiastic visionary and an encourager.  Paul is also an accomplished singer and produces a weekly program of worship music called "Times of Refreshing".  He loves to communicate with WRXY viewers, so you are encouraged to call or email him with questions, comments, prayer requests, or just to chat.

Rodney Yeargin, Producer and Editor

Rodney has been on the staff of WRXY for almost ten years.  His creativity and considerable skills in television production have helped craft the on-air appearance of WRXY as well as programs, promotional announcements, and spots for our supporting businesses.  He is the Creator and Executive Producer of "Restoration Time" a weekly program appealing to automobile enthusiasts.

Lisa Yeargin, Traffic Director

Lisa, wife of Rodney, serves as Traffic Director of WRXY.  Just like one who directs traffic on the roads and highways, her job is to keep things from running into each other -- things like programs, spot announcements, and station IDs.  Every thing you see on WRXY has to be scheduled by Lisa and uploaded to our program automation system, which places all of our programs on the air at the proper time.  Lisa and Rodney are the parents of two teenagers, Jason and Stacie.

Rick Moreno, Producer and Editor

Rick came to WRXY in 2006 from the Trinity Broadcasting Network station in San Antonio.  He spends a lot of his time out in the community recording programs for various churches and special events.  The rest of the time he spends in a darkened room in front of computer monitors editing and putting together several of the local programs you see on WRXY.  He is also an accomplished musician.  Rick and his wife Liz have five children.

Stevan Speheger, Operations Manager and Chief Engineer

Steve is the new kid on the block, although no spring chicken.  He came to WRXY in the middle of 2006 from a 27 year run as Media Director at a church in Indiana.  He doesn't miss shoveling show at all.  His primary responsibility is the oversight, maintenance, and repair of several roomfuls of complex electronic equipment required for TV broadcasting.  In addition, he helps organize and schedule video production projects.  Also, you may hear his voice on station announcements, although we haven't convinced him to show his face yet.

Jose Comellas, Master Control Operator

Jose left a job in government electronic communications in Puerto Rico to join our family here at WRXY.  Once the program schedule is created by Lisa in the traffic department, Jose is responsible for collecting the videotapes, loading them into tape machines, adjusting the picture quality, and making certain that they actually get on the air as they should.   We especially appreciate his quick thinking and attention to detail that he displays in making our on-air operations go smoothly.

Santiago Vega, Master Control Operator
Santiago (he'd rather you just call him Vega) has been a master control operator for WRXY since the station's beginning.  He also heads up Love Basket, the benevolent outreach of WRXY, providing food and other assistance to persons in need right here in our local community.  But wait, there's more. Vega also hosts a program, "Poder en Jesus", which airs on WRXY on Saturday mornings and internationally on CTNi satellite.

Karla Comellas, Administrative Assistant to the General Manager

Here's a young lady that is so very essential to keeping WRXY in operation.  She's the pleasant voice you hear when you call in to WRXY, and she handles the voluminous amount of shipping and receiving of program tapes from and to the station.  Perhaps her most important role is keeping Paul, our general manager, organized and on track.
